Diplomat Apartment Kacyiru

I left after two days because the room wasn't being cleaned. There were dirty plates in the kitchen, filthy toilets and bed sheets, and the TV didn't work. They said Wi-Fi was available, but I never received the code. They also kept my payment for 8 days after I left. Very disappointing and a bad experience. This isn't a place to stay.

The apartments are comfortable and quiet, with a calm, cozy feel. Internet, water, and electricity were all available 24/7.

What a disgrace. It's a shame there isn't a zero-star rating. We had booked months ahead, but our accommodation wasn't ready when we arrived. They sent us to a hotel for about ten days and kept saying we'd soon be able to move into our apartment. When reception finally said it was ready, we'd even taken the day off work to move, but it still wasn't available, so we had to wait again. Once we could go, we paid for our own taxi to get there. The apartment was run down, filthy, damp, and had broken appliances. We were so worn out by then that we bought cleaning supplies ourselves, and it took four days to make the place livable. Even after all that, the dirt was too deeply ingrained to get everything clean. Later, the power went out, and reception said electricity cost extra, though the listing never mentioned that. We kept getting unpleasant surprises. I strongly advise people not to stay there.
