The Hotel Galleria Jeddah, Curio Collection by Hilton

I stayed at The Galleria Hotel Jeddah on December 26. This review is late, but the experience stayed with me and deserves a mention. Shayla from the F&B team was attentive and friendly, often checking that we were comfortable and had what we needed. At arrival, Nasser was kind and professional, made things easy, and arranged an upgrade, which I appreciated. It was a wonderful stay with great hospitality and service. 💛

The restaurant food was really enjoyable, and the whole stay felt calm and easy. My room was clean and comfortable, with a quiet, relaxing feel. Maha Alghamdi was especially professional and warm whenever she helped me. I had a great time at Galleria Hotel and would recommend it.

We returned after 10 PM to find that neither the room had been cleaned nor the extra blanket had arrived. The bedding for the extra bed was very thin and not warm enough, so before leaving at 5 PM we had called housekeeping to confirm both requests. They said it would all be taken care of. Earlier, we had been out from 10 AM until 2 PM, and the room still wasn't cleaned when we came back. We needed to rest, so we didn't raise it right away. When we finally reported the problem at the front desk, the response felt unhurried and there was almost no apology. For a hotel of this standard, that lack of follow-through and accountability was unacceptable. A truly disappointing stay.

My stay was very comfortable, and the help I received from Jobair Hossain kawser made it memorable. He was kind, lively, very professional, and always ready to help. Staff members like him are what make this hotel stand out.
