I loved the stay, and the rooms were in very good condition. The location is in Aziziya, a fair distance from the Haram, though buses and cabs connect it well. The service could be better.

The way management handled this was unbelievably rude, with almost no communication. I booked a room, then two hours later it was canceled and my money was refunded. When I called, they said I had canceled it myself. But the screenshot attached says cancellations aren’t refundable, so how would I have canceled and still received a refund? The management is terrible.
