There was no hot water, and water leaked through the bathroom ceiling. Even after I kept complaining, they didn't move me to another room for two days. The bathrooms had mosquitoes and tiny flies coming from the drain, the floors were sticky, and hygiene was very poor. Wi-Fi only worked in the reception lobby, not in the rooms, and there was no hotel bus, so we had to find expensive transport ourselves. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room rates are very affordable, and parking is easy to find beside the hotel. A taxi to the Haram costs SR 15.

I had to sit in the lobby to use Wi-Fi because none was available in the rooms. There’s no bus, so guests have to arrange their own transport. The hygiene was poor too, with sticky floors and mosquitoes coming up from the bathroom drain.

A cheap place to sleep, with comfortable beds, windows that open for fresh air, plenty of parking, and checkout allowed until Asar prayer. But the rooms smelled, the carpet was dirty, the lobby was dark, and there was no Wi-Fi. My kettle didn't work, the water heater wouldn't work, and we only had face towels, no bathing towels. There's no bus stop nearby. It's fine if you just need an inexpensive bed, but don't expect to like the hotel.
