The free shuttle bus, wipes, and shampoo were useful, and the hotel was inexpensive compared with others. It was clean and the staff were friendly. From my eighth-floor window I could see the mountain where the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was in the cave. Still, the elevator beeped constantly and the cleaners talked loudly, so it was very noisy for me.
Good location near Mohammedi Makan for Dawoodi Bohras, but the rooms are small. There’s no room service or housekeeping staff, the bathrooms are tiny, and the internet is pathetic.
The toilet never worked properly. After I complained, it took over two hours for someone to fix the problem, and even then the fix wasn’t permanent. Worst experience.
The rooms are good, but service is slow and the staff aren’t cooperative. It’s also far from the Haram.
The furniture was old and broken, the bathroom was broken too, and the internet didn’t work at all. The room was disgusting, with poor cleanliness and service. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was the worst one. I’d suggest not staying here.
