The place was really clean and the service was okay. The bathroom could've been cleaner, and there were no towels in the room. We had to call for one, and they brought floor towels instead.

We'd already paid through agoda, but the manager said we had to pay again. We waited about an hour for the room, then were allowed to check in without paying. At checkout they asked for payment again, so we had to argue and explain that the agoda booking was already settled and nothing more was due. We weren't satisfied with how it was handled.

For a budget price, this is a good hotel. Room service was really quick, just one call and they'd answer. Manager hamdi was especially supportive.

There's nowhere nearby to get food on foot, which was the main downside for me. Still, the rooms are decent, the WiFi is good, and the price is cheap. A taxi ride to HARAM takes about 10 minutes and costs 15 riyals. I'd recommend staying here if you don't want to pay four times as much to be by the Haram/Kabbah.

Room 109 was neat and clean, with three beds and plenty of space. Breakfast was simple but good, and the price was very reasonable.
