The location made everything convenient, and I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. Special thanks to Hassan Samy and Mehdi for their warm hospitality at the morning buffet. I had a truly excellent stay! ✨

Breakfast was a real treat, with lots of tasty choices, and we enjoyed staying here as a family. The rooms were nice and the staff very friendly. The shuttle to Masjid Nabawi was handy, though it sometimes set off later than expected. For the sisters, that could mean there wasn't space inside the masjid by the time we arrived. Abdullah and Hussein at reception, Anwar from housekeeping, and the shuttle drivers all helped make the stay comfortable. Thanks for the lovely service. BarakAllah Feekum.

Azad Ali made my café visit at Sedra Hotel feel welcoming right away. He was warm and professional, recommended drinks, made sure my order was just right, and checked that I was happy with it. His friendly manner and attention to detail really stood out. It’s lovely to meet someone so kind and efficient who clearly cares about serving customers well. Thanks to his hospitality, I’ll be back, and I’d recommend stopping by the café to experience it yourself.

We found this hotel just before Sha’ban, when rates in Madinah had become so high that my family and I were thinking of leaving the city. Finding a good place for the price meant we could stay a few more nights. It was comfortable, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel at a reasonable rate. The café downstairs was a highlight. Azad Ali was exceptionally hospitable, and when I ordered a latte one time, he kindly added another espresso shot without charging me. That little gesture made the stay even more memorable.
