The grocery shop in the lobby is very good, though a little expensive, and the receptionist was humble and understanding. The hotel feels like a one-star place, though. I stayed five nights and only asked for the trash bin to be emptied, not for a full-room clean. The room was cleaned once, after I complained at reception. The service staff and room service were really bad. Staff seemed to try to make extra money and give service only to people who helped them. The bathroom was dirty, and the pillowcases and bedsheets were satiny. If you want a hotel near Masjid Nabawi, this is an option. Service is zero.

My room was 905 and had good space for four people. The price was economical, the lifts worked perfectly, and the location was very good, near 310 gate and masjid Ghamama. I recommend it. I stayed four days, but room service wasn’t available. If you need it, you have to arrange a time with the caretaker and be there then. The food on M floor wasn’t very good. Better to get food from the Pakistani hotels near 303 gate by the museum, or on qubaroad by bilal masjid.

The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms, and the staff are friendly and cooperative. Management is good too. It’s in a very desirable spot, hardly a 6-7 minute walk to Masjid e Nabwi. There’s also a restaurant on the Mezannine floor serving hygienic, quality Pakistani food.

The rooms were filthy, the AC didn’t work, and the washroom was disgusting, dirty and smelly, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for days. The whole place felt poorly maintained and unmanaged. Service was pathetic. Staff were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional, with no respect for guests or understanding of hospitality. If you’re going to madinah and your agent offers this hotel, don’t take it. It ruined my trip. Don’t waste your money or peace of mind here. The place should be shut down or seriously inspected for hygiene and service standards.
