Zaha Hotel

The service was really good, and they gave us free breakfast, plus free iftar for those fasting. Still, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel wasn’t being cleaned, and there were bugs around the shower. The carpet was damaged, the toilet seat was broken, and the service phone didn’t work. WiFi dropped every 20 minutes, and there was barely room to shower. The charger socket was right behind the pillow. We were told we’d have to pay 200 euro if we broke anything, even though everything seemed fragile. In the end, it was okay.

We had a pleasant stay at Zaha hotel, just a short walk from the prophet’s Mosque. The staff were kind, friendly, and happy to help with all our requests. Breakfast had lots of healthy choices, and I especially liked the Egyptian fool and liver. My family and I would definitely come back.

We stayed two nights as a family at Zaha Al Madinah Hotel. It was quiet and comfortable, with reasonable prices for the location and amenities, and the rooms were well kept. Staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast had a huge range of choices for different tastes. Being near Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (The Prophet's Mosque) made it easy to go for prayers. There were also shopping places close by for essentials or souvenirs, and free parking at the back was helpful. We had a very pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it to people visiting Madinah.

The best part for us was the 10-minute walk to Mesjid Al-Nabawi. I’d been worried about the distance, but walking there in 19° weather was perfect. Nearby, we found date shops, tesbih, and local food places. We were offered breakfast at the Zaha hotel next door, and the staff were friendly. We loved the experience.
