Best Western Arken Art Gdn Spa

The spa facilities were superb, with so many sauna rooms, hot tubs, and warm pools. I had a day spa visit with lunch, which was tasty, and it was worth every penny. The place is very clean and welcoming, a hidden gem not too far from Goteborg. I’ll surely come back again. 🥰

Since I live in Göteborg, I come here specifically for the spa. It’s the best one in the area in my experience. Things aren’t always perfectly organised, but I always leave feeling really satisfied, like a new person.

It’s spacious, with lots of pools, saunas and places to relax, and the restaurants are lovely too. What I liked most was how quiet it was, which matters a lot at a spa. Easily the best spa I’ve been to. Just perfect.

The breakfast and restaurant were great, and I liked the spa and gym. The apartment also had lovely natural light and a strong focus on nature, and the cleaning staff were great. I stayed for a week. It was my first trip abroad and my first impression of Sweden, which is a great country, but I wouldn’t return to this hotel. The room was small for two, and the bathroom was tiny. There was also tree cutting and roof work going on during our stay. From 7:30 in the morning until 18:00, we heard hammering above us, trees being cut and people yelling outside the window. The hotel is in an industrial area, so there isn’t much sightseeing nearby unless you drive about 20 minutes into the city. The TV remote had smart apps, but only basic cable was available, with no Bluetooth or screen mirroring.
