10/10
The staff were very friendly, and having access to the hotel's workspace was a real bonus. My room on the third floor was tidy and comfortable, though the view wasn't much, and I've had worse. The decor and atmosphere were lovely, the hotel is very central, and breakfast was great. Even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were genuinely lovely.

You can't beat the location, right by the tram and airport bus, with a big square nearby that has entertainment, a terrace, food, and drinks. The breakfast buffet was great. Check-in could run more smoothly if reception had dedicated staff, since the same people also handle barista and bar service, which slows down other questions. Rooms could use better cooling on hot days. For the price, it's a good hotel.

The location is hard to beat, and breakfast in the morning was a nice extra. The rates are quite high, though. There was a terrace, but it seemed to be closed for the season. It was very hot in the room, and the windows only opened partway. Without air conditioning, summer could be unbearable.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was really lovely, and breakfast was great. The rooms had quite a bit of dust and wear, though, and felt worn out. They could use a fresh coat of paint and a proper dusting. Apart from that, I had no complaints.

The beds were so comfortable, and the pillows felt just right. Breakfast was fantastic, with warm fresh sourdough from a nearby bakery when we came down. Such a cosy hotel, I love it.
