Best Western RC Hotel

Most of the staff did a good job and helped improve how we felt about the stay. The room was nice, we were comfortable, and the cook was especially friendly. But the receptionist with black hair, asian look was rude, unfriendly, and arrogant. She told us not to speak our language even though we were talking to each other, not to her. I don’t think she had the right to tell us we couldn’t speak our language with our friends.

The beach was nice, and the hotel’s location worked really well for exploring Jönköping. I stayed for two nights, and it was close to both the city center and the beach.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life. Items went missing from my room, and when I kept asking about them, the manager threatened to call security on me and my family. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

RCHotel is right beside Elmia, which made it a handy base for my visit to the exhibition center. The lakes and parks around Jönköping are also close by, so there are places to unwind in the evening. The welcome was warm, check-in was quick after my long journey, and the staff were attentive throughout. I was impressed by how spacious and clean the room was, and it was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, the surrounding views were lovely, and the amenities had what I needed to relax. Breakfast had a wide range of fresh options, from hot dishes to pastries and smoothies, so I could find a good start to the day before meetings. My stay was fantastic, with comfort, convenience, and great service. I’d recommend RCHotel in Jönköping and look forward to coming back.
