I used this hotel as a base for a recent business trip. The rooms were clean, quiet, and functional, though a little tired. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant only has four menu items; the kitchen closes at 21:30 and the bar at 22:00. For parking, you use the managed car park next door and register your stay through an app to avoid a fee. The very helpful receptionist did that for me. It was an okay stay, and I'd come back.

The staff were especially helpful and friendly in the bar and restaurant, and service was very good. The hotel's handy location is just off the main road. Rooms are small and basic, but they did the job. Be careful with the parking signs: I got a ticket for using the wrong bay. It's easy to miss if you don't read the email properly. I parked right outside the entrance, so don't do that 😁

Everything was very clean, quiet, and well maintained, though the hotel has a 90s feel and the furniture isn't modern. Check-in was smooth online, and collecting the keys at reception was easy. Free parking is available if you ask at reception. The restaurant serves homemade dinners, has a great range of drinks, and offers good breakfast choices. For our dog there was no extra charge, and they even surprised us with a welcome gift. This was the first hotel where I really felt they welcomed pets. Comfortable for people and pets alike.
