We slept really well, the rooms were peaceful and we couldn’t hear noise coming through at all. The family room had good beds and was warm and very comfortable, though there wasn’t much storage for a stay longer than a couple of days. The reception staff and everyone else we came across were lovely. Fantastic location for T-central and the airport express train, with bars, restaurants, and shops only about a five-minute walk away. And the breakfast was fabulous!!!

The city centre location is what I’d really praise. Nearly everything is close by, including the train station, with frequent services to and from Arlanda airport. The room had the expected equipment, was clean, and seemed decently maintained. The chairs were comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were laid out thoughtfully. My only gripe was the bed. It was far too soft for my liking, and none of the pillows matched the size and firmness I prefer.

The quiet park side and five-minute walk to Stockholm central station make this a handy spot. Rooms were clean, the shower had great pressure, and breakfast was extensive and tasty. The bar closes at 2330, which feels early for a large hotel bar, though I assume that’s due to local licensing rules. The main thing keeping this from five stars was the standard double bed. It was smaller than we’re used to, even though neither of us is large, especially by Swedish standards, and far too soft. If bed size and sleep quality matter a lot to you, we’d suggest paying for an upgrade.

We really liked the hotel, but the elevator trapped us 🫠. Please make sure it gets proper maintenance before guests use it. Breakfast was awesome, with loads of options and an omelette station. The location is great too, very close to Arlanda Express.
