I’m very disappointed with this stay. I paid over €400 for 3 nights in Stockholm, and the experience fell well short of what I expected. The room was freezing in the Nordic winter. When I called reception, they said there was no central heating and told me, rudely, to come downstairs and carry a portable heater back myself. The bed was just as poor, with an extremely thin mattress that felt like sleeping on a board. Payment was another problem. I was charged in EUR through Dynamic Currency Conversion without being shown a choice on the terminal, which led to extra fees I hadn’t authorized. Staff were dismissive when I raised my concerns. They said the high price was because “things are happening in Stockholm” and that “managers don't work on weekends,” so I was left without support. Don’t let the location sway you. With basic facilities missing and guests treated this way, it felt like a complete waste of money.

The service stayed friendly and helpful throughout, and we had a smooth visit in a peaceful neighborhood close to the city centre and the metro. Our room was quiet, the beds were good, and the bathroom was well equipped. I did miss having a minibar to keep perishables cold. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. There’s also a sauna at the hotel, free to use if you book it in advance, and a nearby gym that charges a small fee. We really enjoyed our time at BW Time Hotel and hope to come back. I’d consider it if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Stockholm.

The room was quiet, spotless, and really comfortable, and breakfast had loads of tasty choices. Check-in was very quick, which was much appreciated after a long flight. The staff were lovely and friendly too. It’s an easy walk to the metro and train, with lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket right next door.

I had a really enjoyable holiday in Sweden, especially at this hotel. The waiters were all polite and gave very good service. One of the girls’ names started with A, though I can’t remember the rest. I’d recommend the place to friends travelling to Sweden. Thank you!
