The room itself was fine, with a nice view and modern decor and bathroom. Service, though, was very poor. We requested cleaning on two days. The first time it wasn't done until about 3:30 pm, and the next time they didn't clean it at all. During the day, just one person covers both the front desk and the bar/cafe. Breakfast is busy but okay, though if you arrive later, some of the hot dishes are cold.

The hotel was quite flexible about checkout and let us leave an hour later than the stated time, which I appreciated. Standard checkout is at 12 and check-in at 16, so that leaves a four-hour gap in the day. The cleaning also needs attention: dust had built up under the armchair, and when we asked to have the trash taken out, we were told to book room service a day in advance. That seems odd for a one-minute job. On the plus side, it's right in the city centre, there's a good luggage locker room, and breakfast had decent quality and choice. Our room was big enough and fairly quiet compared with hotels I usually stay in. A very decent place overall, and I think it deserves a better rating here.

We got a really nice room with a view, and it was pet friendly as requested. It was a great deal because we booked during the Black Friday sale. The location is excellent, right by the central road with its shops, malls, and cafes. We arranged cleaning online and it was done. We skipped the hotel's breakfast every day during our seven-day stay, and from what we saw, that seemed like the right call. My only concerns were the complete lack of a wardrobe and a TV that didn't work. Still, it was a great stay.

We could store our luggage before check-in and after checkout. Early check-in costs about 18 euros, which feels a bit steep, but leaving the suitcase there for free worked fine for us. We didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on it. This is a great choice for a weekend in Stockholm. We walked pretty much everywhere, and the hotel is near the bus and train terminal where you arrive from Arlanda airport. Our room had great views, a comfortable bed, and enough space for our two big suitcases. The one thing I didn't like was the open shower: it got the rest of the bathroom wet, and the curtain was too small.
