The TV and its services worked straight away, which meant I could actually relax in the room. That basic stuff often doesn't work in hotels, so this was a real plus. The shower and breakfast were great too, and the bunk bed was double-sized and comfy. The room itself was small, but super quiet and comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat, get a beer, and find amenities nearby.

4/10
The room was small, which was reflected in the pretty good price, and the location was convenient. Still, I left disappointed. The floor in both the room and bathroom was really dirty, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. There was only one pillow. Breakfast was free, but not very good, and the orange juice was some of the worst I've tasted.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with plenty to choose from, including Swedish meat balls. It was good and fresh. My underground room was quiet and clean, and the staff were kind and accommodating. I'd book here again if I come back to stockholm.

The staff made the stay, from helping with dinner recommendations to breakfast and room servicing. We stayed in a small basement room, but everything in the booking description was accurate. The breakfast menu should suit everyone. It's a beautiful place and I'd highly recommend it. Just make sure to read the room description.
