Our room was on the small side, but we managed fine, and the friendly staff were helpful. The included food was good, with a large buffet breakfast and nice fika, including afternoon cakes and cookies. We didn't try dinner, though I heard it was good too. It's a lovely neighborhood and a great location, just a two-minute walk from Östermalms food hall and the Metro if you need to get to another part of the city. The extras included in the stay made it good value, and it was a really nice hotel.

The room was comfortable, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. My only real gripe was the shower, which kept sending water across the floor. The hotel is small and simple, but nicely put together and close to the city centre. Staff were lovely, and the complimentary breakfast and dinner were very good, even if the choices were limited. I also really liked being able to get free coffee and tea whenever I wanted.

Room 601, the Sunset Suite, was a wow: spacious, comfortable, with a king-size bed, espresso machine, two TVs, a sofa, and views over the city rooftops. Both rooms had balconies. Room 402 was the regular room, and felt a bit small, with less comfortable beds. The food was great too, from breakfast to the included fika and dinner. The staff were so nice and helpful. NILS especially stood out for his great attitude and service.

What makes this one of my favorite hotels is the food that comes with the stay. Breakfast and dinner were both hearty and delicious, so it felt like the room rate covered meals while I was in Stockholm. The bread was wonderful, the produce fresh, and there was a good range of options. Fika is included too. The location is great, and the service is good as well. I can't say enough good things about this place.

The staff really make you feel welcome, and the hotel is well placed for walking to the sights. I was surprised by how good the evening buffet was. Breakfast was wonderful too, and there’s coffee available throughout the day, plus fika in the afternoons.
