My room had a kitchenette, a decent-sized bathroom with good water pressure, and a fairly new, comfortable bed. It was big enough, and the WiFi was fast enough for streaming video. The receptionist was a friendly woman. The public areas were extremely utilitarian, with white, primer grey and black decor that gave the place no charm. The hotel is in an industrial area, with lots of work vans parked outside and many breakfast guests in work clothes. Most guests drive, but there isn't enough parking. Breakfast is meant to start at 06:30, but they were late. It was served in a tiny room on the second floor and offered the usual Swedish basics. Would I stay again? Maybe, but I'd sort out my own breakfast.

The whole room smelled strongly of urine and the toilet drain throughout my stay, making it hard to relax or sleep properly. It was also poorly cleaned when we arrived. Over the three days there was no cleaning, fresh towels or new bedding. That's unacceptable for a hotel, and the experience was frustrating. I expected a much higher standard of service.
