I was grateful they could give us a room when we arrived very late after booking that same evening. We’d had to take the little one to the childrens emergency room from Bålsta, and with all the ice on the roads, driving back so late didn’t feel safe. In a different situation I’d have been really appalled at the price, but given the circumstances I would have paid double for the 8 hours we got. The breakfast was disappointing, but one of the women sorted something out when they had no pancakes for the little one with us. She managed to make a few. For the price paid, fruit, bottled water and hot drinks should be complimentary.

The breakfast had plenty of choice, and I couldn’t fault it. I stayed for a couple of days and had everything I needed in a clean, comfortable room. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. It was brilliant, and I’d definitely return. Thank you.

So far, this is one of the best Scandic hotels I’ve stayed at. The service was nice, and there’s a big parking lot. Breakfast was lovely, and the pool and table tennis area seemed like a nice social spot if that’s your thing.

We didn’t receive the room we had booked, but were still charged for the better standard room. The welcome felt very unpleasant. Molly at reception was unhelpful and didn’t even try to sort it out. It was also our first time traveling around Europe and having trouble getting an invoice for our stay. Overbooking and unhelpful staff 👎🏽
