Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection that changed from day to day. My room was cosy and clean, and the balcony looked out over the train station and some other areas. The hotel is very close to the Central Station, and the front desk staff were polite. I stayed in December and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’d gladly stay here again when I’m in Sweden.

On my first stay here, I liked the rooms and the option of having a bathtub instead of a standing shower. The AC doesn’t do much, though, and there’s no mini fridge. There is an exercise room and a relaxing area with a sauna.

The hotel is very handy for Katalin, just a two-minute, 150m walk from the doors. Breakfast was busy on Saturday, and there wasn’t much seating. The staff seemed to be trying hard but struggling with the crowd. I parked in the underground car park opposite, which was the worst one I’ve ever driven into. The signs are utterly useless.

I’ve stayed here three times on business, but the poor sound insulation means I’ll probably try somewhere else next time. I can clearly hear people upstairs walking around and using the bathroom, along with nearby doors opening and closing. It makes it hard to relax and takes away from the stay.

A beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Everything was better than we expected. Couldn’t have asked for more, highly recommended!
