I've stayed at Uppsala Hostel several times, both privately and as CEO of Q House Invest AB and Q Capital Management AB. I've always received a warm welcome and personal service in a charming setting that feels different from many other hotels. The service makes each stay smooth and pleasant, whether for business or a private visit. Kind regards, Mahmoud Ahmed CEO, Q House Invest AB & Q Capital Management AB
I called to ask for a quote and was rudely told to sit down and eat, though I wasn't interested in that. For a small hotel, they were bad. They could have made money from around 15 people, but after this experience I'd never book there. The worst.
Sharing wasn't an issue since there were lots of toilets and showers. The staff were nice, and the rooms were clean and affordable.
The rooms and premises felt cosy and fresh, and the staff were friendly.
The rooms are very small, and the surroundings are really noisy.
