The location worked well for me, with the central station and plenty of shops nearby, even though it's outside the old town. The staff were incredibly helpful: they booked a local massage and gave me directions and walking suggestions. My meal was included and was excellent, and the wine was superb. I had the Chablis. I also really liked the shared relax area and small gym.

The staff were super friendly, and the place was cozy, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are a bit small and don't have a fridge, but the dinner and breakfast included in the price made up for that. There's also a free relax room with a sauna and gym. For almost the same price as the Elite hotel, I felt I got much more for my money. Definitely coming back.

We got in during the evening, tired and hungry, and were greeted with a lovely free dinner, including vegetarian options. Such a nice surprise. The food was delicious and the amenities were great. It really feels like home here.

It's about a ten minute walk from the center, but it's a nice hotel with the comfort you'd expect for its price and level. Breakfast, fika, and dinner are included. I did miss having espresso in the morning.

We stayed for three nights and didn't get any service in the room. They didn't even make the bed, empty the trash, or change the towels. At 180 per night, with only breakfast and a basic dinner included, I don't see the point. Better to rent an apartment. Breakfast is served from 6 to 9 and dinner from 6 to 8, both too early, I think, for someone on vacation. The staff weren't friendly, except Mrs Maria, and there were no smiles. I was very disappointed. By comparison, I had excellent service at the Radisson blue in Stockholm, and I'd choose Radisson blu in Uppsala.
