Conrad Singapore Marina Bay

Nurisa and Mark in the Executive Lounge, along with Peggy at Front Desk, gave us world-class service. Mark was particularly thoughtful about arranging vegetarian choices for my guest at tea time. I also made good use of the gym and pool, both of which have excellent brand-new equipment. My Diamond membership came with an easy room upgrade. The property is beautiful and very conveniently located in the city. Fantastic stay, we'll be back.

The staff are what I'll remember most. SKY from the fitness center greeted me warmly on both of my visits, one in the evening and another the next morning. When a thunderstorm warning meant the pool had to close temporarily, SKY calmly explained it would reopen once the warning was lifted. Their bright smile and genuine kindness really changed my mood. I was also grateful to a gentleman in the hotel lobby, though I'm not sure I have his name right, was it Kai? He always greeted us with a cheerful smile when we came in, and made each return feel welcoming and comforting. I had chosen Conrad mainly for the pool and had been looking forward to relaxing under the Singapore sky. Because of the weather I couldn't enjoy it fully, and at first I was devastated that I might not even get to dip a foot in. The kindness and professionalism of the staff made the stay memorable anyway. Facilities matter, but people are what define a hotel's quality. Thank you to SKY and the lobby staff member. You changed the tone of my trip.

Risa and Mark in the Executive Lounge went well beyond their roles to make us comfortable and welcome. They're wonderful representatives of the hotel, and I hope their work gets recognized. We were there for four nights, and the location was great, close to Marina Bay, the MRT, and buses. From check-in through check-out, the process was courteous and hospitable. Every staff member we encountered, from the bell desk to the waiters and support team, was incredible. Magnificent stay.

Zahir on the concierge team made a real difference to my trip. He was warm and professional, and went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. My room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with great amenities that made it easy to unwind after exploring. I felt welcome and well looked after from the beginning to the end of my visit. I had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Highly recommended for a Singapore visit.
