I only booked this place because everywhere else was full during Formula One weekend. It was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, with barely any room to open luggage, and the bathroom was tiny too. There were no international power sockets, though the front desk sells adaptors for $2. The housekeeping lady was kind and helpful, a nice personal touch in an otherwise basic stay.

I hadn’t realized before arriving that this place is in the red light area, so it may not be ideal for a business or family trip. I’m still giving four stars because the service was excellent. The receptionist was very polite, and when I’d forgotten to bring an iron, they lent me one without an extra charge. Thanks again for the great service.

Clean by budget Singapore standards, though a bit tatty. The staff are really friendly, there are lots of good cheap eats nearby, and the MRT is about a 10 minute walk at most. All good.

The rooms were clean, though small. The hotel had hot water and good AC, and the staff were good too.
