Conrad Singapore Orchard Hotel

The day itself went smoothly. A banquet staff member kindly helped with my dress, brought us warm water with straws, and held our props while we took photos around the hotel. Heman, our banquet manager, explained the march-in and procedures in a calm, professional way, and handled a last-minute change to put the video after the toasts without fuss. Our bridal bouquet and veil were looked after and didn't get lost in the busy day. We really enjoyed the executive lounge staff's help, especially the scones and mocha. I hope they sell those scones somewhere. The gym was spotless, with a reformer Pilates machine and the essential equipment. The bed linen was comfortable, there was a pillow menu, and in-room dining and its service were great. During planning, Grace patiently explained the wedding package, which stood out for value among the 10 hotels we visited. She also offered an extra wedding wish on goodwill, giving us another night, in-room dining credits, and a chance to try the executive lounge and gym. Our coordinator later changed to Ann, with a seamless handover. Ann was also excellent and accommodated two VIP parking lots on goodwill, plus our last-minute request to remove two extra guests from a 10-person table to avoid food waste. We had our wedding lunch banquet at Conrad Orchard and enjoyed it very much. Hope they keep up the good service.

Grace, the Catering Sales Manager, made planning calm and manageable with her patience, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate us. Dinie, our Banquet Manager, kept the day running on time and the programme on track, and was patient throughout. Abhi handled AV, was easy to work with, and everything ran without a hiccup. Guests had lots of compliments for the food, especially the delicious, beautifully presented dessert. The bridal suite was spacious and thoughtfully equipped, and the hotel itself is stunning. It's also conveniently located within walking distance of town. The service is what really sets Conrad Orchard apart. My husband and I are so grateful to the whole banquet and culinary team for making our wedding smooth and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team.

The hotel's location worked well for our guests, just a few minutes' walk from Orchard Boulevard MRT, with a bus stop outside connecting to the Orchard area. The food from Summer Palace was delicious, and many guests said so too. Our bridal suite felt new, clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a particularly cozy bed after the long wedding day. We appreciated the complimentary cake. We extended our stay in a deluxe room, which was also spacious, clean, and well equipped. There was a slight musty smell from some pillows in both rooms at first, but housekeeping promptly replaced them, which we appreciated. For our wedding luncheon at Conrad Singapore Orchard, the process was smooth from confirmation onward. Matthew, our wedding sales coordinator, answered our many questions quickly and offered helpful suggestions over the months of preparation. His patience and professionalism reduced the stress of planning. Feng Yu, the experienced, friendly banquet manager, kept the event flowing from start to finish, and his team were attentive and well prepared. Thanks to the whole Conrad Orchard team for making the occasion memorable and enjoyable for us and our guests.
