We were unsure about capsule hotels and are quite sensitive to cleanliness and noise, but the good reviews and being in Singapore convinced us to try it. We ended up sleeping very well in a surprisingly spacious, comfortable double capsule bed with an excellent mattress. The whole place was fresh smelling, well ventilated, and almost five-star clean and maintained. We arrived about two hours before check-in, and the receptionist kindly gave us a locker for our bags until the room was ready. She even offered towels so we could shower after the heat outside, which made us feel welcome. Staff were friendly. The bathrooms were clean and ventilated, with two doors between them and the sleeping area to keep noise and disturbance out. Boxes in the common area had useful extras like eye masks, toothbrushes and sewing kits. Most main attractions are around a 15-minute walk away. There’s also a free coffee and tea machine and water dispenser, with unlimited use. A small quiet room with a desk and chair is available for online meetings, work or calls. Two balconies offer different ways to relax: one has a pair of exercise bikes, and the other has tables and chairs with a view where you can sit with a drink. A few guests didn’t follow the rules. Some wore shoes into the sleeping area despite the slippers and shoe lockers outside, and others left suitcases in the hallway instead of using the nearby lockers or the large spaces under the beds. The rules could be enforced more. A few people talked on the phone late at night, but reception gave a warning around 1 AM and dealt with it quickly. We had a really good stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

I was worried since I’d never stayed in a capsule hotel before, but it turned out amazing. It’s right in the heart of the city, with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, public transport and Marina attractions. Staff were very helpful, and the beds comfortable. The AC was freezing. I liked the coffee terrace vibe, with free coffee, black tea and Mocha, plus free amenities. There’s a free washer and dryer, and they even provide washing powder. The bathroom and shower were clean. I was pleasantly surprised, and I’ll definitely return if I travel solo again.

The social feel was nice without making it hard to get a good night's rest, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the clever use of space and the clean, comfortable pods. CUBE Social Boutique Capsule Hotel at Boat Quay is right in the middle of Boat Quay, so nearby places are easy to explore. I really enjoyed staying there.

I only wanted somewhere affordable and fairly central to sleep, so I wasn't expecting much. The stay turned out much better than I thought: even with around a dozen cubes in one room, it stayed quiet, dark and pleasantly cool. The bed was comfortable, with what I needed to charge devices and lock away valuables. The bathrooms were compact but clean and practical, and I never had to wait. Check-in and check-out were smooth and friendly, and the free coffee and amenities were a nice extra. Most major attractions were an easy walk away, and the MRT was nearby. I'd happily have stayed longer, and would recommend it.

There was room to work or hang out in the lounge, and the balcony was another place to relax. The hostel is near most attractions and has a lively feel at night. My capsule was clean and comfortable, with a light and fan, and there was a large locker for luggage. The restroom and toilet were clean too, with the shower and toilet together in one place. I appreciated the hotel-style amenities, especially the thoughtful addition of disposable panties, plus the free coffee, tea and small snacks.
