Heritage Collection on Chinatown (SG Clean Certified)

I was lucky to stay upstairs again, which made the visit feel familiar and comfortable. From arrival onward, the team made everything welcoming and easy. Xia was attentive and quickly sorted things out, Mary gave a warm, professional introduction and managed everything well, and Belle was kind and helpful too. Everything felt seamless and perfect. It was a memorable stay in Singapore, and I look forward to coming back soon.

Mary took great care of me from start to finish, and she and Zoey did a wonderful job cleaning the loft. It was spotless. I loved the bright, spacious, cute space above the dome bakery; it made me feel like a local. The AC was perfectly cool after a day walking around, and the bed felt like heaven. I slept like a baby and will definitely come back.

Mary, Belle, and Xia were the best, and Mary even moved our clothes to the dryer while we were out. My mom and I stayed three nights and loved it. We used the free laundry machines in the “lobby” twice. The app and phone key were easy to set up, and the clean room had a nice bathroom, fridge, microwave, and kitchenette. It’s walkable to the main sites by the bay, with the metro nearby for anywhere farther out. Such a wonderful stay!

Xia, Mary, and Dolly from guest relations answered our questions and requests quickly. They knew the area well, recommended places to eat, gave travel advice, and suggested daily itineraries that helped us make the most of our time. We stayed five nights in a premium loft room on the edge of Chinatown, a great base for exploring the city. The app and digital key made check-in quick. Our room was bright, clean, well equipped, and had very comfortable bed and pillows, plus excellent aircon. It was great value, and we’d definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.
