They gave me an early check-in even though I’d only come by to leave my luggage. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and greeted guests warmly. The location is very central, right beside a 7-11 and just a few minutes from Bugis MRT through Bugis Junction Mall. Thank you, I’ll definitely come back someday.

Moe’s service made the stay worthwhile. She was patient, very helpful, and always ready to assist. The room itself was honestly cramped and smaller than I expected, which made it less comfortable. I hope the hotel improves the space, but I’ll remember the excellent service. Thanks, Moe! - michaela

I booked this by mistake, thinking it was the Ibis Bencoleen, Bugis, and regretted it. This hotel costs a little less, but was nowhere near as good. There wasn’t any food at all, no breakfast or bar, unlike the excellent buffet at the Bencoleen Ibis. That wasn’t clear when I booked online. My room, #504, was VERY small and had no window. The bathroom was a wet-room without a separate shower cubicle. The air-con/dehumidier was so noisy on the first night that I had to wear ear-plugs. Also, this hotel doesn’t take part in the Accor rewards scheme, which wasn’t made clear online, even though the booking seemed to offer me a better deal as an Accor member.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location beside a bus stop. We took grab everywhere or walked, including the 20min trip from Merlion’s. We did have bugs coming out of the shower, which didn’t feel hygienic, and the aircon was a bit loud.
