Lanson Place Winsland, Singapore

The apartment was a good size and spotless, with strong air conditioning and a small kitchen. Reception was very helpful, and the daily maid service was excellent. There's also a nice rooftop pool that hardly anyone seems to use.

The location gives you a quiet place to stay just beside Orchard Road and its shopping centres, with good transport for going farther afield. I took a direct bus from outside to Sentosa Island, and there's also a direct bus to the airport. I enjoyed walking to Marina Bay and Chinatown through Fort Canning Park. For breakfast, Killiney Kopitiam nearby has delicious sweet-and-savoury Singaporean toast, plus local drinks and dishes. Bring cash. Killiney Road also has several good cafes and a large supermarket for stocking the kitchen. It felt much more like a home than a regular hotel. The apartment was spacious, with a full kitchen, living room, utility room with washer and dryer, luxurious bathroom, and a dining table. The king bed was very comfortable, the hairdryer was high quality, and the safe was easy to use. Heavy curtains darkened the room well for restful sleep, even with the nice views. The property felt fresh, the rooftop pool was large with open city views, and the jacuzzi was well maintained. Everything was spotless, and staff went out of their way to help with questions. Being able to do laundry was especially handy in Singapore's humidity. For me, this was a more luxurious and cost-effective choice than a cramped or impersonal room, and I'd be glad to return.

I spent three months at Lanson Place in 2025 for a work assignment and was very happy with the choice. Eateries were only a short walk away, and although the location was strategic, it still felt private. The staff were professional and caring. My one-bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious balcony, which was a real plus.

The apartment was safe, clean, and well kept, and I could walk to everything I needed downtown. There was even a covered spot to wait for the bus when it rained. Laundry was clean and convenient to access, and the rooftop pool was beautiful. My housekeeper was so sweet and friendly, and I trusted her completely. My belongings were never disturbed when she cleaned while I was out. I was here for five months on a work assignment, alone in Singapore while my family was in another country, but I felt cared for from day one. The staff were always available and helpful, greeting me kindly whenever I came through the lobby. Ashok in particular said my name every day he saw me. It made me smile to be remembered in a new country, and I hope he sees this thank you. On my birthday, the staff decorated my apartment with balloons and surprised me with two desserts. I'd absolutely stay here again, 10/10.
