The recent renovations have left the hotel looking great, and all the staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was good; I’d suggest adding chicken rice, as many other hotels do. Poolside food was amazing, especially satay and friends. Being connected to Marina square was very convenient, and housekeeping did a flawless job every day. The main downside was the significant price increase after the renovations. I understand why, but I think it’ll put people off coming often and make it more of a special-occasion choice. The rooms aren’t especially superior to other hotels apart from the MBS view. For the price compared with the quality, I’d give it a 4, maybe even a 3.

We had a wonderful holiday in Singapore, and this hotel helped make it so special. It’s beautiful and impeccably maintained, the service from the staff was outstanding, and all the food we tried was great quality and thoroughly enjoyable. I’ll highly recommend the hotel to friends, family and colleagues. Thank you.

The bay-facing pool was a highlight, and the food, amenities, housekeeping, and turndown were all excellent. We spent the last nights of our honeymoon at Mandarin Oriental Singapore, and the service felt attentive from the warm welcome from Christian through to checkout. Caesar’s tips for exploring Singapore made the stay even more memorable. Five-star service can be hard to find, but this place delivered. A lovely way to finish our honeymoon, and we’d happily come back.

The room was nice, and both the food and service were good. My room was late, though, and even after I’d been told 1 pm checkout would be fine, I couldn’t get a late checkout. That part wasn’t great.
