Park Avenue Changi

The bed was so comfortable it felt almost sinful. We forgot to ask what brand it was, and we need a good mattress back home in Mexico. We’d had a horrendous stay at hotel 81 the week before and were too ill to enjoy that room, so the friendly, helpful housekeeping lady from China was a pleasure to have around. I really appreciated her. Faiz was very helpful when I asked about the prayer direction. At the front desk, the tall, well-dressed young bald man made a great first impression, though I’m sorry I forgot his name. The Indian lady who explained how to get to Mustafa ctr was professional as well. I gave Cyril some black Ramadan Mubarak pens, two for each of the staff I mentioned, plus one Singapore Airlines playing card for each. I asked him to pass them along the day before I checked out, and hope everyone got one and enjoyed it. I love giving gifts to show appreciation. Thank you, and keep it up. We stayed a little over a week in July with my husband, and the location was excellent.

Fair Price nearby, along with Changi City Point for food and some limited shopping, made this a handy base for my weeklong stay. Changi MRT station was convenient for getting around, and the airport wasn’t too far. The suite I booked also had a well-equipped kitchen.

After days out, we had a quiet, relaxing place to come back to, and the staff made us feel welcome from check-in. They were warm, professional, and ready to help. Park Avenue Changi worked really well for our family, and we can’t wait to return. Our suite had plenty of room, with two bedrooms, two toilets, a cozy living room, and a kitchen that was well equipped. Being able to prepare meals was especially useful with the kids, and the living room gave us space to relax together. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless with the essentials provided. The location was convenient for both business and leisure, near Changi Business Park and a short distance from Changi Airport. There were dining and shopping options nearby, plus easy access to public transport. We loved our stay and would recommend it to families or anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient visit.

I’ve stayed here several times and hadn’t run into this before, but the bathroom was dirty when I arrived. There were clear stains on the bathtub, and the toilet bowl was dirty too. I hope Park Avenue puts more effort into keeping the bathroom clean and maintaining the toilet equipment.
