The rooms felt new, with nice decor and good quality finishes and furniture. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were good. The pool isn’t large, but there’s enough room for a nice swim or family time, and the gym was good enough for a workout. Staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful, and lovely throughout our stay. We spent almost two months at the hotel and serviced apartment and had a great experience. After staying in more than five serviced apartments in Singapore, most much pricier than Park Avenue, I’d say this was the best value for money. The location was hard to beat: steps from Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay, and Fort canning Park. The hotel is right in the mall, with Starbucks, breakfast and dinner options, and a grocery store just two minutes away.

The 7/11 downstairs was really convenient, and we enjoyed the apartment. Everyone was friendly, especially Mrs Mui Leng, who took good care of us. We had a great time at Park Avenue Clemenceau. Thanks for everything! 🙏

The only disappointment was the housekeeping: they didn’t really vacuum or sweep outside the bathrooms, so by the end of the week there was hair around, and the sugar, coffee, and creamer weren’t replenished. Aside from that, it was a great stay and we’d definitely return. We were a family of four in the superior 2 bdr apt. The location was top, with Fort Canning MRT two minutes away on foot and Clarke Quay within walking distance. The apartment was new and had the comforts and basics we needed to make simple food. The pool area was very nice and clean, and there’s a supermarket in the mall right below.

The location was handy, close to Fort Canning MRT and attached to a small mall with a CS Fresh supermarket carrying local and western food. The room itself was very clean, with good air conditioning, though it was a little noisy. The shower had good pressure and stayed hot. It felt like home as soon as I walked in. The sofa and armchair were nice and comfy, and the bed and pillows were comfortable too. In Singapore’s heat and humidity, having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a godsend. They also supplied a drying rack. It was great to have both a bathtub and shower. Cleaners came every other day and paid attention to what I’d used, including coffee and laundry detergent, keeping everything well topped up. I’d definitely stay again next time I’m in Singapore.

The gym was well maintained, with cardio machines, free weights, and a cable station, and we used it every day. The staff were friendly and professional. Lyn deserves special thanks for checking in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Our apartment at Park Avenue Clemenceau was bright, clean, and spacious, with a full kitchen and comfortable beds and pillows. Fort Canning MRT and the lovely Fort Canning Park were an easy 10-minute walk away. There’s a grocery store beside the hotel, inside the mall on the second floor. We had a great stay and highly recommend it for the good service, apartments, and facilities at a good price.
