Pullman Singapore Orchard

We had to add a night after our flight changed, and Syafiqah helped by email to make sure we could keep the same room. At check-in, Taufiq and Isabel were very accommodating and generous. They upgraded us to a bigger room, and Taufiq arranged things so we didn't have to check out and check back in for the extra night. We were also given a late checkout. Room service brought a non-slip pad for our toddler to use in the shower, even though we hadn't asked. The location was excellent, and it was a very pleasant stay. We'll definitely be back.

The Archive Club service was the highlight of my three-night birthday stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. Rina looked after my mum and me each morning, remembered our usual orders, and anticipated what we'd want from the menu over the following days. She was warm, attentive, and professional. Even after we checked out on our last day, with a late flight, she let us order and pay for restaurant food to enjoy in the lounge. The rest of the Archive Club team were fantastic too, though I'm sorry I didn't catch their names. As an Accor Platinum member, I told the hotel in advance I was celebrating something special. They gave me a complimentary upgrade to a Premier Twin Room on a high floor, and welcomed me with a lovely hand-drawn birthday card and delicious macarons. The room was stylish, modern, and comfortable. I would have liked a Club Room upgrade, but I was grateful for the one I received. The soundproofing could be improved. At times I heard water running, taps, showers, and flushing, as well as noise from other rooms, and it woke me during the night. Even with that small downside, it was a wonderful birthday stay. The thoughtful touches, great location, and especially the outstanding service made it memorable. I'd recommend it and look forward to coming back.

The location is awesome, right across from paragon, and the room had most of what I needed for a comfortable stay. I got there early and the staff arranged an early check-in with an unexpected room upgrade. Special thanks to taufiq for great service and being so accommodating throughout my stay at pullman.

This was my second stay at Pullman Orchard. The location and hospitality are great, and breakfast was nice. But the hygiene needs work. I know it's a busy hotel, though housekeeping should be reviewed. There were cookie crumbs in my room that stayed there until checkout, and the carpet needs a serious deep clean. Even though towels were changed every day, ours still smelled bad. Some of the furniture already shows wear despite the hotel being relatively new. I hope cleanliness improves. Apart from that, it's an okay hotel.
