QT Singapore

We could walk everywhere from QT Singapore and explore nearby attractions at our own pace. After long days out, it was nice to come back to a comfortable, thoughtfully designed room. The hotel has a memorable mix of historic character and a bold modern style, without feeling overdone, and the staff were warm from the moment we arrived. Complimentary barista coffee was another thoughtful touch that made the stay feel personal. Dinner next to Lau Pa Sat, the iconic hawker market beside the hotel, was a highlight. The energy, food variety, and lively atmosphere made the evening feel special and very “Singapore.” QT Singapore exceeded our expectations. The stay felt personal, fun, and unforgettable, and we'd happily return.

The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the compact gym had enough equipment for our short visit. Our room and the rest of the facilities were thoughtfully designed and well kept, and the staff were welcoming throughout. We really enjoyed staying at QT Singapore, especially with its excellent location. The disappointing part was finding food, particularly vegan choices. Breakfast came with our stay, which we appreciated, but nothing vegan was clearly labelled. At first, I was told fruit salad was the only option. After we talked it through, the kitchen made avocado on toast, and on later mornings I ordered the big breakfast without bacon, sausage, or eggs. We also had a $50 dining voucher, but ended up not using it. Neither the café nor the lunch and dinner menus marked vegan dishes, and reception couldn't advise us at first. A manager eventually suggested a few things that could be changed to make them vegan, but that was on our last day, too late for the voucher. It was surprising that the soba noodle bowl, coconut yogurt granola, and even the smashed avocado, which all seemed suitable, contained dairy. For a hotel with a sustainability focus, that lack of clear labelling and considered vegan options was a letdown. It left me wondering how much that focus carries through to food and drinks. Breakfast could especially use a dedicated vegetarian or vegan choice. Better labelling and a more inclusive menu would improve the stay and fit the hotel's stated values. We had a wonderful time, and the dining experience is the main thing that could be improved.

QT is my regular choice in Singapore. I don't care for the huge hotels on Orchard Road, and most boutique places here cost a lot. The staff at QT are excellent, really helpful, and can share some great local tips. There's also a good food market next door. I'd skip breakfast, though, since it's very pricey for average food.

The staff made this a relaxed, happy stay, from check-in through checkout. They were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was spacious and really comfortable, with lovely design and attention to detail. The hotel is stylish and has a great vibe, while still being central, convenient, and calm. It made a perfect base for exploring Singapore. We had a great time at QT Hotel Singapore and would gladly return. Highly recommend it.
