HORRIBLE. The rooms are tinier than a pencil tip, the shower is a centimeter away, and there were stains, mould, insects and dirt all over the beds and room. Agoda showed decent rooms for a 1-2 night stay, so this felt like a scam. I stepped inside and immediately changed hotels. The TV had YouTube, and there were IKEA cups, Wi-Fi and a kettle, but everything was dirty. Reception wasn't open 24/7, only from 8AM TO 12AM, and they were always taking 10-30 minute breaks. Never come here. There are no complimentary things.

Good value for the price. It's near the MRT, a bus stop and a hawker centre, with lots of delicious food around. The downside is that the room on the third floor had no lift access, so you have to take the stairs.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The service was awful, the staff were rude, and the rooms were small with cramped toilets. There were cockroaches all over the room. A terrible experience.

The awful smell was constant and made me nauseous 24/7. A Chinese restaurant downstairs had a kitchen exhaust that kept sending food odours around. There are no lifts, and you have to carry your luggage yourself. They don't provide that service. The rooms are small, untidy and have no proper ventilation, including the bathrooms, which have hardly any space. This is one of the most pathetic hotels in Singapore. Better to sleep on the footpaths than stay here. A very bad experience.

Apart from the location, everything was terrible. The room was tiny and smelled bad, some insects came out, and the toilet was right beside the bed. It was so dirty.
