Staff entered our room several times using key cards without ringing or letting us know, even while we were inside. That was shocking, left us very uncomfortable, and raised serious privacy and safety concerns. Guests should feel safe and respected in their own room, but that basic expectation wasn't met. There were other service failures too. We didn't receive our laundry, and staff initially insisted it had already been delivered and collected. It took several hours before they finally brought it to our room. At around 8:30 AM, housekeeping also rang the doorbell to ask whether we wanted cleaning, even though the housekeeping indicator light was clearly off. That felt unnecessary and intrusive while we were resting. Early one morning, construction or renovation work inside the hotel woke us with loud noise. We hadn't been informed in advance. For a luxury five-star property, that was unprofessional and inconsiderate of guest comfort. A brand such as St. Regis should provide professionalism, respect for privacy, and a high level of service. This stay at The St. Regis Singapore was extremely disappointing and far below that standard, inconsistent with the hotel's reputation and price. Management seriously needs to review procedures and staff training. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel under the St. Regis brand.

The gym was well equipped, including a machine that measures body fat percentage and muscle mass. Kumar, our butler, brought the welcome drinks and was kind and helpful throughout the stay. He also knows a lot about St Regis history and explained the details, which was very cool. At 630PM, they open a bottle of champagne with a knife, a lovely touch. Room service was amazing, especially the salmon. I think about it every day and want to eat it again. The rooms were nice and clean, with top notch toilet amenities. The bed and pillows were incredibly soft, and the room was so comfortable. Breakfast was super tasty too. I was a little upset about the mix-up with Sophia. Staff said it opened for dinner at 630pm and we could come down, but didn't mention that we needed a booking. We checked in around 3PM and waited until 630pm to go down, only to learn there were no tables and the next opening was 830pm. We hadn't eaten all day and didn't want to wait another two hours, so we had to order room service. I wish staff had told us, as we would have booked at 3PM. Other than that, it's a lovely hotel with very good service.

Sarah arranged a wonderful surprise for our son's birthday, and it meant a lot to us. We stayed at the St Regis Suite to celebrate, and the butler service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and polite, making the visit even more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

I especially enjoyed the butler service, which made the stay feel extra special. The facilities were great and the location convenient, and breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive, making my stay at The St. Regis Singapore amazing. I'd definitely come back.

The bus stop right in front goes to Orchard Road, and there's also a direct bus to the airport, which was a plus. The train station is a bit of a walk, but the location was nice. Service was excellent, and breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and there was Good Night Tea in the room every day. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but the Front Office Staff recommended it as a Michelin star venue. Definitely would visit again.
