The Barbovi palace is close to the city center and to the lovely kongresni trg with its little park. My wife and I stayed in Apartment no. 102 for new year 2025/2025, and everything was perfect. It’s huge, with very high ceilings, lovely decoration, and nice parquet. The kitchen is small but very well equipped, and there’s a huge refrigirator. The staff and owner are super friendly and full of good ideas about what to do and where to go. It isn’t cheap, but worth every penny. We hope to come back very soon. Thanks for a really special, unique and wonderful stay at your place.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and really nice, and the place is right in the city center near the water and the castle. Before we arrived, staff communicated perfectly and sent us useful details about parking and getting there. They even offer free pickup from two parking places if you’d rather avoid the high city center prices. I’d choose this place again for another Ljubljana visit.

The staff were very friendly and gave us lots of tips on the best local places in the city. The apartments are big and clean, with a beautiful view of the main place and the castle. The Hotel is in the main place of the city. Worth trying.

We were a couple staying for three nights in September, in apartment 306 with a castle view. It was very spacious, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment for cooking. We didn’t cook, but it was nice to have it all there. The receptionists were attentive and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick.

The location was fantastic, and the staff were great with restaurant recommendations. We tried them, and they were all great. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. I’d definitely stay here again.
