The bedbugs made what should have been my vacation extremely stressful, and ended up ruining a big part of my trip. After waking up covered in itchy, uncomfortable bites, I found a bedbug in the bed the next morning. I had to go to pharmacies for treatment and make repeated trips to laundromats to wash and isolate my things so I wouldn’t bring them home. It caused a lot of anxiety and unnecessary stress. The first room I was given had a door that wouldn’t lock properly. I reported it immediately, but it took a long time for the host to respond and move me to another room. That second room was where I encountered the bedbugs. When I found one, I contacted the host right away and sent a photo as evidence. They didn’t respond promptly or deal with the issue responsibly. Bedbugs are a serious health and hygiene concern, and I expected much better communication and accountability. This experience was far below an acceptable standard, and I’d strongly advise future guests to be cautious.

The place and its surroundings look good, but none of the things in the capsule worked. The TV and remote were broken, and the air conditioning didn’t function, leaving the air heavy and the temperature scorching. The room was 27.5+ °C, and the capsule itself felt even hotter, maybe 30+ °C. We asked other guests and learned the air conditioning issue affected the whole place. Hotel support stayed silent. We can’t recommend sleeping here.

The station and bus stop are nearby, and most city sights are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The shared spaces and bathrooms are cleaned regularly. In summer, though, the capsules get very hot. I had to leave the capsule door open so cooler air from the common area's air conditioning could get in.

Trying a capsule was a good experience for me. It felt cramped at first, but I soon got used to it: it’s basically a private bed and a place to sleep, which is what I needed. The bathrooms, showers and toilets were clean. The downside was the heat, both in the room with the capsules and inside the capsule.

The staff were really kind, and the bathroom and capsule were clean. But it was so hot inside the capsule that we spent two hours trying to sleep and just ended up sweating. We also tried to watch a movie, but the headphones didn’t work. If you’re coming back from a club and only need somewhere to crash straight away, I’d recommend it.
