The place we were sent to was not the apartment we had booked on booking.com, and it wasn’t in the center. The building looked very old and dirty, and inside the apartment was a disaster, as the photos I attached show. It was so filthy that I worried you could get sick there. Several things were unusable: the fridge didn’t work properly, the shower and washing machine didn’t work, and the toilet was horrible. There was no bedside table either. The entrance had no lights, so we couldn’t see or open the door properly. When we arrived in bratislava, we went straight to the office in the center to get the keys. That was when I found out where the apartment was. The woman sent us to a different location 30 minutes away. I don’t think that was professional, and I wouldn’t trust this company.
