I was sent to Bratislava for work and have very fond memories of staying here. The employees were so kind, and I really miss that. I liked the restaurant and bar, and every morning the hotel had my lunch ready for my workday. If I ever come back here on vacation, I’d stay again. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. We spent an incredible amount on a graduation party here and got very little in return. There were only four waiters for 125 people. We waited two hours for food, and our guests waited three, so we couldn’t run a program because the food took so long to arrive. The food was cold and not worth the money. They also set tables for 30 students instead of 31. After the party, they asked us to pay for things that weren’t agreed in the contract. The service was terrible. I don’t recommend this place.

The outside doesn’t look great, but inside the hotel is amazing. The room was quite satisfactory, and the bathroom was huge, in great condition, and very well equipped. Prices are affordable, the food is solid, and the service is very good. It’s also easy to find with a navigator. I’d highly recommend it.

I can't say what sort of chef they have, but serving meat with the skin still on is too much. The chef shouldn't be handling the meat.
