The staff were kind and seemed to care about our stay, and the service was great. They were making major improvements, with a new spa due to open as we left, so it seems the place could become something great over the coming weeks and months. Having a car makes getting around this area easier. We appreciated that they found us a tea kettle, though it would be good to have one in each room. Breakfast was good, but the mandatory charge felt high for this area. It could be included with the room or reduced to around 8 euro. Even with that, we had a great experience and recommend it.

We had a family celebration dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed it. The food was tasty and nicely presented, and the staff were kind and helpful. My favorite was the ice cream dessert. A coat hanger was the one thing missing, but we really recommend this newly opened place.

This family-run hotel is a good base for exploring the southern part of Slovak Paradise. It’s close to a grass beach and currently seems best suited to people wanting a quiet setting.
