The view is great, and having a pool and sauna is a nice extra, but the service wasn't great and the place felt pretty strange. I don't understand how it has three stars. At dinner there was no water available, perhaps they expect guests to pay for drinks, though I don't know why water wasn't offered, especially for kids. Breakfast coffee was undrinkable, and the menu items were mediocre and poor value compared with other places nearby. The gym was poorly equipped too. My general impression was that they do the bare minimum to cut costs.

We only used the wellness area. It was clean, with a great view, and good value for the price. There were lots of kids, though, and the lifeguards weren't around most of the time.

It feels as if the Soviets were the last to invest in this place. Since then, it seems they've just kept it running at the bare minimum while benefiting from its perfect location. I might even call it a scam, since so many people seem fine with this level of service and nothing gets improved.
