Breakfast was very good, and I enjoyed my stay enough that I’d come back. The hotel was clean, pleasant, and had nice service. I only wish there were a coffee machine in the room as well as tea. Parking was a little expensive.

The breakfast had loads of options, and the service was good. The hotel is right by the city center, with major sights in Kosice close by. I would have liked a few more SPA options, though I guess that’s not the hotel’s main focus.

With the A/C out in our room during summer, sleeping was impossible. It took staff 30 minutes to find us another room, and the nearby street was noisy too. The hotel restaurant shut earlier than its website said, and room service wasn’t available, so we had to go out and get food ourselves. One of the worst Hilton stays I’ve had.

6/10
The shower was hard to set to a comfortable water temperature. The rest was fine, but nothing special, and the building’s age shows everywhere. The interior feels dated and falls well short of the usual classic DoubleTree Hilton style. The main restaurant, where breakfast is served, was dark and uninviting. It didn’t feel like somewhere you’d want to spend time without more light and air.

A good place to stay for work. The reception ladies were lovely and helpful, the waiters were nice too, and breakfast was very good.
