Hotel Viliam Frano

We held our wedding celebration at Hotel Viliam Fraňo for around 80 guests, so my view is naturally shaped by that event. Based on our stay and meals there as well, I’d call it one of the best places in the Nitra region for a wedding or similar event, an overnight stay, or lunch. The staff made the planning feel much less stressful and turned it into something we looked forward to. They stayed polite, cheerful, and helpful even through a shift longer than the celebration, which didn’t finish early. My sincere thanks from me, my new wife, and all our guests. The meal at the wedding was prepared beautifully. Everything was well seasoned, served at a good temperature, and looked lovely on the plates. The hotel was also ready to make lactose-free and gluten-free versions of dishes for the guests who needed them. We tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the kitchen never let us down. Breakfast had fresh sweet and savory options. We’ve had the weekly changing lunch menu several times and plan to go again this week. Both the meatier dishes and lighter salads were done well, and the food could turn a bad day around. For the price range, I don’t know another place in Nitra with meals this good. The grounds are lovely for wedding photos, with a children’s playground and plenty of parking, including two spaces reserved for people with disabilities. The lobby and main dining hall, where our celebration took place, are spacious and have a timeless design. Around 80 of us fit comfortably, with room to dance. The tables and chairs are attractive enough that we didn’t need much extra decoration beyond what the hotel provided. Many guests had traveled a long way and stayed one or two nights. Their rooms were beautiful, spotless, and ready for them, with comfortable, generous beds and clean bathrooms. For lunch, a night’s stay, or a wedding, I’d happily choose Hotel Viliam Fraňo again.
