Our family was in room No 03, and we’re grateful to the very polite, incredibly helpful blonde lady who sorted out a room booking mistake for us yesterday evening, 28.12.2025. We’re sorry we didn’t get her name. The hotel was quiet and lovely, with clean rooms and a good breakfast. Thank you!

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty to choose from, including pancakes, French toast, different hams, and cheese sandwiches. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. We had breakfast included and would highly recommend staying here.

I didn’t check the hotel rooms, but it seems like a nice place in Poprad, with good facilities for larger events such as weddings. The service and food were okay, though the food was generally a bit over-salted. They also had no wine coolers, and the chef didn’t seem to understand vegetarian meals, serving potatoes with bacon alongside one.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is nice. Music from the weddings could be heard, though it wasn’t too loud. Breakfast was very basic, and it could have included more hot dishes.

For under €10, I had soup, roasted potatoes with shallots and bacon, and schnitzel with some vegetables. The portions were generous and everything tasted good. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area again.
