We really enjoyed relaxing here. From the pool there's a beautiful view over the city, and the saunas and hot tub were nice as well. The place is modern, clean and has excellent wellness facilities. Booking ahead was easy, and surprisingly it wasn't crowded on a Friday night. I'd definitely recommend it if you're in town and want to unwind.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the duty manager was especially supportive and responsive. The rooms and breakfast were a step above other Holiday Inns I've stayed at in the EU. The setting by the stadium, truck train organizer station and highway isn't much to look at, and an electric charger in the parking space would be a welcome extra.

We only needed one night after the weather changed in the Slovakian mountains, and were lucky to end up here. The receptionist was very attentive and upgraded us to a King Suite. Even with a football match happening next door, the room was completely soundproof, so we could recover after a long hike in the Tatra Mountains. It had been recently renovated and was spotless, with lovely beds and pillows. I wish we'd had time to try the swimming pool :)
