It was very hard to find this hotel. There was road construction all over town, and no direct route from SAL Airport. Check-in was another issue, since there’s no reception or front desk. A young man showed us where to park and handed us the key. The room was OK overall, and the AC worked great, blowing cool, refreshing air. But there was no hot water in the shower, the floor wasn’t very clean, and the balcony had what looked like mouse droppings all over it. The restaurant was open air with a water view, but service was extremely slow and the food was cold by the time it arrived. When I took another look at the Google reviews, I started wondering whether they were all from real customers.

The rooms were nice, but we couldn’t find the restaurant for dinner or the “complimentary” breakfast. Apart from a young man who handed us a key, there wasn’t any staff around. We left the following morning.

Lots of security here, and it’s close to the pier. The staff were friendly and everything was clean.

One of our favorite things was watching my partner surf right from the property. We could relax by the pool, which was never crowded, and enjoy the restaurant’s delicious breakfasts with a fantastic view of the waves and surfers. We stayed downstairs in a spotless, comfortable room with a lovely view of both the pool and the surf. The hotel felt peaceful and tucked away from the busier tourist areas, but it was still easy to walk to nearby spots or grab a quick Uber to go elsewhere. We had a wonderful stay and loved the quieter setting. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place in the La Libertad area, I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to come back! 🤙🏽😊
