The breakfast buffet was a favorite, and the location gets five stars too, with malls, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. We also appreciated the free parking inside the hotel. Our room was spotless and modern, with plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and a good-sized shower with a seat. The air-conditioning and WiFi worked great. At reception, Ms.Maria helped us a lot with renting a car over the Easter holidays, and Mr.Carlos gave us tips on places to visit. The whole team was helpful. This hotel deserves 5 stars.

We were so relieved to switch here from our previous hotel. The building was quiet and clean, and everyone at the front desk was calm and caring. The parking was right in the building, and the attendants were always cheerful. We also walked to a cinema to catch the latest movie, and browsed nearby malls and places to eat. The gym was on the small side, but we made good use of it.

We stayed one Saturday night during a four-night vacation in El Salvador. The pool was enjoyable, though keep in mind the pool bar doesn’t open until after 4 pm. The hotel bar was nice and stayed open late. Staff were friendly, and the centrally located hotel was very clean. I’d recommend it.

My room on the 6th floor had a lovely mountain view and was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a fridge, coffee and tea maker, and large TV. I did miss having a dresser to unpack into. The hotel is inside a modern shopping mall, so there’s a supermarket, plenty of shops, and a varied food court for quick meals or things you might need. It also has a stylish bar, restaurant, and cozy coffee shop. The indoor parking with 24-hour security was reassuring. I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Centric San Salvador and would come back.

The city looked fabulous from the hotel, especially at sunset, and the restaurant had great international food. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, with exceptional service at both the front desk and restaurants. Getting an Uber to the historic center was easy and cheap. Such a lovely hotel and a great experience. Thanks to the whole team.
