Right in the middle of Ao Nang, so you can walk to everything. The room isn’t bad for the price, with water, air conditioning, and a really comfortable bed. The bathroom is just alright. They helped us get our clothes cleaned, and guests get 20% off at the restaurant where the hotel is. I’d recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Check-in felt sketchy, service and communication were bad, and the listing on Airbnb and Google Maps was misleading. Guests have to check in through an external website that shows the names of everyone else booked in the house. You can also see their key codes, which follow an extremely simple pattern. This is a serious privacy issue. After we uploaded sensitive information, including a passport photo, we started getting scam calls. To reach the accommodation, you have to go through an Indian restaurant and its kitchen. The listing showed the upstairs version of two identical rooms, but we were given a dark ground-floor room with no proper windows. It was dirty, with stained beds and hair in the bathroom. Noise from other rooms and loud karaoke or music from the restaurant went on constantly. The washing machine is in the stairwell beside bio waste, and there’s nowhere to hang laundry. The connecting door is left unlocked, so strangers can get in.

A good value place right on the main street, with Ao Nang Beach a walk away. It’s quiet in the back rooms, and you don’t hear the busy road. The receptionist/cleaner was very friendly, doing everything herself. The room was lovely and clean, with fresh linen, plenty of space, a fridge and water, safe, AC, large TV, private balcony, and shower/toilet. Wi-Fi worked well, and self check-in is available. There’s a nice little Indian/Thai restaurant downstairs, with a guest discount. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having to walk through the restaurant to get in and out adds a bit of security. Lots of food stalls and restaurants are right outside, with McDonalds and 7 Eleven directly across the road. Good, thank you! God bless you.

The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and the location is convenient: a short walk from Aonang beach, with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, spas, banks, and travel agencies all around. Still, it wasn’t worth what we paid. The floor tiles are slippery, and we slipped twice. They’re bathroom wall tiles rather than regular flooring. The bed sits higher than usual, making it difficult for older people to sit on. There’s no separate entrance, so every time you come and go you have to walk between restaurant tables and customers, which we didn’t like. There’s no lift, the common area smelled of smoke, and the beds were different sizes in our two rooms, with one very small. For the price of the booking, it didn’t feel worthwhile.
